Mike earned his Bachelor degree in Communications with an emphasis in Marketing from John Carroll University in 1991. He has more than 20 years experience in sales and marketing in the area of supply chain dealing with the print production, packaging and the fulfillment environment. Recently he has developed marketing solutions for retail, Fortune 500 companies, hospital systems (IDN's), and group purchasing organizations (GPO's). Mike demonstrates the value of Business Process Outsourcing to his client base on a daily basis. Customer service, cost reduction and supply chain optimization are the drivers in creating and sustaining relationships with clients.
